개인정보처리방침

이 방침은 CodeGear(이하 "개발자")가 배포하는 macOS 앱 Mac Commander(이하 "앱")와 소개 페이지(이하 "웹사이트")가 어떤 정보를 어디로 보내고, 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.

1. 요약

• 앱에는 회원 가입, 사용 통계 수집, 광고, 추적 기능이 없습니다.
• 앱은 사용자가 연 파일을 Mac 안에서만 다루며, 파일 내용을 개발자나 다른 곳으로 보내지 않습니다.
• 외부와 통신하는 경우는 아래 2~4항에 적은 것뿐입니다.

2. 자동 업데이트

앱은 Sparkle 프레임워크로 하루 한 번 새 버전이 있는지 확인합니다. 이때 GitHub(배포 저장소)에 접속하며, GitHub는 IP 주소, 앱 이름과 버전 같은 일반적인 요청 정보를 받습니다. 이 요청에는 개인을 식별하는 정보를 따로 담지 않습니다.

3. 후원자 키(선택)

후원자 키는 선택 사항이며, 키를 입력한 경우에만 다음 정보가 전송됩니다.

• 보내는 정보: 후원자 키, 이 Mac의 이름(시스템 설정의 컴퓨터 이름), 활성화 때 발급받은 기기 등록 식별자
• 목적: 키의 유효성 확인, 기기별 활성화(키 하나당 최대 5대)와 해제
• 경로: 개발자가 Cloudflare Workers에서 운영하는 검증 서버를 거쳐 결제 대행사 Creem으로 전달됩니다. 검증 서버는 요청 내용을 따로 저장하지 않습니다.
• Mac에 저장되는 정보: 키는 macOS 키체인에, 기기 등록 식별자·마지막 확인 시각·구매 이메일은 앱 설정에 저장됩니다. 앱에서 키를 해제하면 함께 지워집니다.

4. 문서 뷰어

사용자가 연 마크다운·HTML 문서 안에 외부 이미지나 리소스 주소가 들어 있으면, 뷰어는 웹 브라우저처럼 그 주소에서 해당 리소스를 불러옵니다. 이 요청은 문서에 적힌 서버로 가며 개발자는 관여하지 않습니다.

5. 결제

후원자 키 결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Creem이 처리합니다. 이름, 이메일, 결제 수단, 청구지 같은 결제 정보는 Creem이 수집하며 Creem 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 개발자는 카드 정보를 받지 않으며, 키 발급과 문의 대응에 필요한 주문 정보(이메일, 주문 내역)만 Creem 대시보드에서 확인합니다.

6. 웹사이트

• 웹사이트는 GitHub Pages로 제공되며, GitHub가 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 처리할 수 있습니다.
• 글꼴을 Google Fonts에서, 후원 카드를 GitHub에서 불러오고, 다운로드 수를 GitHub API로 조회합니다. 이 과정에서 각 서비스가 IP 주소 등을 받을 수 있습니다.
• 개발자는 웹사이트에 쿠키, 방문 분석, 광고 스크립트를 쓰지 않습니다.

7. 이메일 문의

이메일로 문의하면 답변을 위해 이메일 주소와 문의 내용을 받은 메일함에 보관합니다. 삭제를 요청하면 지웁니다.

8. 제3자 제공

개발자는 위에 적은 목적 외에 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

9. 권리 행사와 문의

개인정보의 확인, 수정, 삭제를 원하거나 이 방침에 대해 궁금한 점이 있으면 아래로 연락해 주세요. 결제 정보는 Creem이 보관하므로 필요한 경우 Creem에 함께 요청해 드립니다.

이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다.

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 15, 2026

This policy explains what information Mac Commander (the "App"), a macOS application distributed by CodeGear (the "Developer"), and its landing page (the "Website") send, where they send it, and how it is handled.

1. Summary

• The App has no accounts, usage analytics, advertising, or tracking.
• The App works with the files you open only on your Mac and never sends file contents to the Developer or anyone else.
• The App communicates over the network only in the cases described in sections 2–4.

2. Automatic updates

The App uses the Sparkle framework to check for a new version once a day. It connects to GitHub (the distribution repository), which receives standard request information such as your IP address and the app name and version. No other identifying information is included.

3. Supporter keys (optional)

Supporter keys are optional. The following is sent only if you enter a key.

• What is sent: the supporter key, your Mac's name (the computer name in System Settings), and the device registration ID issued at activation
• Why: to validate the key and to activate or deactivate it per device (up to five Macs per key)
• How: requests pass through a validation server the Developer runs on Cloudflare Workers and are forwarded to the payment provider Creem. The validation server does not store request contents.
• Stored on your Mac: the key in the macOS Keychain; the device registration ID, last validation time, and purchase email in the App's preferences. Deactivating the key in the App removes them.

4. Document viewer

If a Markdown or HTML document you open references external images or resources, the viewer loads them from those addresses, as a web browser would. These requests go to the servers named in the document; the Developer is not involved.

5. Payments

Supporter key payments are processed by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. Creem collects payment information such as your name, email, payment method, and billing address under the Creem Privacy Policy. The Developer never receives card details and sees only the order information (email and order history) needed to issue keys and provide support.

6. Website

• The Website is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may process access logs (such as IP addresses).
• The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts and a sponsor card from GitHub, and queries the GitHub API for download counts. These services may receive your IP address.
• The Developer does not use cookies, visitor analytics, or advertising scripts on the Website.

7. Email support

If you contact us by email, we keep your email address and message in our inbox to reply to you. We delete them on request.

8. Sharing with third parties

The Developer does not sell personal information or share it with third parties beyond the purposes above.

9. Your rights and contact

To access, correct, or delete your personal information, or for any questions about this policy, contact us below. Payment records are held by Creem; where needed, we will pass your request on to Creem.
