이 문서는 CodeGear(이하 "개발자")가 배포하는 macOS 응용 프로그램 Mac Commander(이하 "소프트웨어")의 라이선스와 이용 조건을 안내합니다.

1. 라이선스 — GNU GPL v3

소프트웨어는 GNU General Public License 버전 3(GPL-3.0-only)에 따라 배포되는 자유 소프트웨어입니다. 공식 배포판(dmg)에도 GPLv3가 그대로 적용됩니다.

소프트웨어에는 각각의 라이선스를 따르는 서드파티 오픈소스 구성요소가 포함되어 있습니다. 전체 목록과 라이선스 전문은 앱의 도움말 ▸ 오픈소스 라이선스에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

2. 이름과 로고

GPLv3는 저작권에 대한 허락이며, "Mac Commander" 이름과 앱 아이콘에 대한 권리는 포함하지 않습니다(GPLv3 제7조 e항). 수정한 버전을 배포할 때 지켜야 할 사항은 상표 정책을 따릅니다.

3. 판매 상품 — 후원자 키

소프트웨어의 모든 기능은 무료입니다. 후원은 자발적인 지원이며, 후원하지 않아도 소프트웨어를 제한 없이 쓸 수 있습니다.

이 웹사이트에서 판매하는 유일한 상품은 후원자 키이며, 가격은 USD 15 일회성 결제(부가세 별도)입니다. 정기 결제가 아니며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.

• 후원자 키는 후원에 대한 감사로 제공하는 부가 혜택(추가 테마 등)을 열 뿐, 소프트웨어 기능의 사용 조건이 아닙니다
• 키 하나는 최대 5대의 Mac에서 활성화할 수 있고, 더 이상 쓰지 않는 기기는 앱에서 활성화를 해제해 다른 기기에 다시 쓸 수 있습니다
• 키는 만료되지 않습니다.
• 결제가 끝나면 키가 결제 화면에 표시되고 결제 시 입력한 이메일로도 전달됩니다

4. 결제와 환불

결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Creem이 처리합니다. 개발자는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 보관하지 않습니다. 영수증과 세금계산서는 Creem이 발행합니다.

결제일로부터 14일 이내에는 사유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불해 드립니다. 키를 이미 활성화한 경우에도 환불할 수 있으며, 환불 처리 시 해당 키는 비활성화됩니다.

• 환불 요청: support@maccommander.com으로 결제 이메일 주소와 함께 보내주세요
• 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리하며, 환불 금액이 카드사·은행을 거쳐 실제로 도착하기까지는 보통 5~10일이 더 걸립니다
• 키가 작동하지 않거나 중복 결제된 경우에는 기간과 무관하게 전액 환불합니다

5. 파일과 개인정보

소프트웨어는 사용자가 직접 연 폴더의 파일만 읽고 씁니다. 문서 내용을 외부로 전송하지 않습니다. 네트워크 통신은 자동 업데이트(Sparkle이 배포 저장소에 새 버전을 확인)와 후원자 키 검증에 한정됩니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침에 있습니다.

6. 보증의 부인과 책임의 제한

소프트웨어는 GPLv3 제15조·제16조에 따라 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공됩니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 개발자는 상품성, 특정 목적에 대한 적합성을 포함한 어떠한 보증도 하지 않으며, 소프트웨어의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 발생한 데이터 손실을 포함한 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다.

소프트웨어는 파일을 생성·이동·이름 변경·삭제합니다. 중요한 파일은 별도로 백업해 두시기 바랍니다.

7. 준거법

GPLv3로 규율되지 않는 사항(후원자 키 등)은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁이 발생한 경우 대한민국 법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.

8. 변경

개발자는 이 문서를 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 내용은 이 문서가 갱신된 시점부터 적용됩니다. 이미 GPLv3로 받은 소프트웨어에 대한 권리와, 이미 구매한 후원자 키에 대한 조건은 변경의 영향을 받지 않습니다.

This document describes the license and terms of use for Mac Commander (the "Software"), a macOS application distributed by CodeGear (the "Developer").

1. License — GNU GPL v3

The Software is free software distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPL-3.0-only). The GPLv3 also applies to the official builds (dmg).

• You may use, copy, modify, and redistribute the Software under the terms of the GPLv3
• This document does not restrict any right granted by the GPLv3. Where this document conflicts with the GPLv3, the GPLv3 prevails

The Software includes third-party open source components governed by their own licenses. The full list and license texts are available in the app under Help ▸ Open Source Licenses.

2. Name and logo

The GPLv3 is a copyright license and does not grant rights to the "Mac Commander" name or the app icon (GPLv3 section 7(e)). If you distribute a modified version, follow the Trademark Policy.

3. What is sold — the supporter key

All features of the Software are free. Sponsorship is voluntary, and you can use the Software without restriction whether or not you sponsor it.

The only product sold on this website is the supporter key, priced at USD 15 as a one-time payment (excluding tax). It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

• A supporter key unlocks extra perks (additional themes and similar) offered as thanks for your support; it is not a condition for using any feature of the Software
• One key may be activated on up to five Macs; you can deactivate a device you no longer use in the app and reuse that activation elsewhere
• Keys do not expire.
• After payment, the key is shown on the checkout page and sent to the email address used at checkout

4. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. The Developer does not store card numbers or other payment credentials. Receipts and invoices are issued by Creem.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Refunds are available even if the key has already been activated; the key is deactivated when the refund is processed.

• To request a refund, email support@maccommander.com from or citing the address used at checkout
• We process requests within 3 business days; it then typically takes another 5–10 days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
• If a key does not work or you were charged more than once, we refund in full regardless of the 14-day window

5. Files and privacy

The Software reads and writes only the files in folders you open yourself. It does not transmit document contents anywhere. Network access is limited to automatic updates (Sparkle checking the distribution repository for new versions) and supporter key validation. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability

The Software is provided "AS IS" as set out in sections 15 and 16 of the GPLv3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer gives no warranty of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not liable for any damages, including loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use the Software.

The Software creates, moves, renames, and deletes files. Keep backups of anything important.

7. Governing law

Matters not governed by the GPLv3 (such as supporter keys) are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the courts of the Republic of Korea as the venue for any dispute.

8. Changes

The Developer may revise this document. Revisions take effect when this document is updated. Rights you already hold under the GPLv3, and the terms of a supporter key you already purchased, are not affected.
